AddToQR.Com provides QR code generation, management, and analytics services. Our Services include both static and dynamic QR code creation for various use cases including URLs, vCards, WiFi, locations, text, and more.

We offer features such as:

• Advanced QR code design and customization
• QR code management and tracking
• Analytics and performance insights (paid plans)
• Version control for QR code designs (paid plans)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Plan Types

AddToQR.Com offers four types of subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Basic QR code generation with limited features and advertisements
• Monthly Plan: Paid subscription billed monthly with advanced features
• Yearly Plan: Paid subscription billed annually with advanced features
• One-Time Payment Plan: Single payment for lifetime access with advanced features

4.2 Free Plan Features

The Free Plan includes:

• All static QR code products (completely free)
• Basic dynamic QR code features
• Standard QR code design options
• Advertisements displayed to you and your QR code users

4.3 Paid Plan Features

All paid plans (Monthly, Yearly, and One-Time Payment) include the same advanced features:

• Analytics: Detailed scan tracking, user demographics, and performance insights
• Full Information Coverage: Complete data fields available based on QR code type
• QR Code Design Version Control: Save, manage, and revert to previous design versions
• Ad-Free Experience: No advertisements for you or your QR code users
• Priority customer support
• Advanced customization options

The three paid plans offer identical features but differ in pricing and billing period.

4.4 Plan Pricing

To view current pricing for each plan, please create a QR code and navigate to the Plan Management tab in the QR code management page. Prices may vary based on promotional offers and your location.

4.5 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect according to your current billing cycle:

• Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference
• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

5.2 Recurring Billing

Monthly and Yearly plans are billed on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will provide advance notice of any price changes.

5.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your product or service may be downgraded to the Free Plan or suspended.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for:

• Partial usage of subscription periods
• Unused time on subscriptions
• Accidental purchases or subscription renewals
• One-time payment plans

Instead of refunds, you may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6.2 Free Plan as a Testing Opportunity

AddToQR.Com provides a Free Plan that gives all users the opportunity to generate, test, and verify the functionality of their QR codes before committing to a paid subscription. By activating a paid plan, you acknowledge and confirm that:

• You have had the opportunity to test your QR codes under the Free Plan prior to upgrading
• You have verified that the QR codes generated meet your requirements and function as expected
• You are satisfied with the Services and have made an informed decision to subscribe

7. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Create QR codes linking to illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization

You are solely responsible for the content and destinations of your QR codes. We reserve the right to remove or disable QR codes that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by AddToQR.Com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Services, including QR code data and designs. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

8.3 Generated QR Codes

QR codes generated using our Services are yours to use, download, and distribute. However, you may not claim ownership of the AddToQR.Com software or technology used to create them.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Defects will be corrected
• QR codes will function properly in all scanning environments

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADDTOQR.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party content or conduct
• Any malfunction or failure of QR codes

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AddToQR.Com and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or share through the Services

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your account or subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

13.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect our Services or users

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately
• Dynamic QR codes may stop functioning or redirect to a default page
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• No refunds will be issued for prepaid periods

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services.

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AddToQR.Com operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
